Error 80 - Invalid date
''The month of a date must be between 1 and 12....."

The store gets this error when GM 3.0 has trouble retrieving the customer file because of invalid dates.

Here's the fix...

** Leave Grocerymaster and choose Disk Opertating System. (DOS)
** Change to the GMT\POS directory : CD GMT\POS [hit Enter]
type: COPY AR0O.POS AR0O.TMP [hit enter]
type: CLEARBAL HOBART [hit enter]
type: COPY AR0O.TMP AR0O.POS [hit enter]
type: POSRESTR AR0O [hit enter]

This will pull back the customer file and balances, clear them all at the front end, then send them back all marked with the current date. They can then do EOD like normal the following night.
