GM displays a message referring to "..STGET: out of storage.." and halts operation.

Generally due to a lack of available memory (RAM). Type CHKDSK /F or SCANDISK at the DOS prompt to check the available memory. Reboot the PC and retry GM. If the problem still occurs, identify what is using the memory space and correct it. Some possibilities are, TSR's & other applications, software drivers, etc.

**NOTE: At the black Login screen, look in the lower right hand corner at the "Memory". It should
read at *least* 541K for Grocerymaster to run effectively. With FM installed, 560K is advisable.
The more the merrier ; )

Grocerymaster requires the following entries in the CONFIG.SYS file. At the C:\ prompt,
type the following: [does not need to be in caps]

EDIT CONFIG.SYS [hit enter] *note: If they have PC-DOS you just have to type: E CONFIG.SYS

Then look for the following entries *somewhere*...they need to be there:
This will especially apply to those trying to run Grocerymaster under Windows 95!

Files=23
Buffers-40
Shell=c:\command.com c:\ /E:512 /P

**NOTE** You can have MORE files and buffers, but not less. If these entries are not there, add them, Save the
file and exit. Then cold boot the computer. [power OFF]
