At the C:\> prompt, type:
CD GMT\GMAUTO  [hit Enter]
Back up your present menu by copying it to another name:  Type:
copy userdef.mdf userdef.xxx     [hit Enter]  (<-- xxx=whatever you want,
like your initials)

Now Type:  edit userdef.mdf   [hit Enter]
You will now see a blue screen with the information below:  
NOTE: You will START AT THE "STARRED" item and make your entry for your NEW
program look JUST LIKE IT...pay attention to all 'periods' and commas, etc.
Substitute your program's  name and executable file where necessary. [See
BOLD type] The next 'starred item starts a new program entry on the menu.
